Valid ID is required if you plan on drinking at our bar. You must be over 21 years old and your ID must be a current, government issued ID (e.g. driver's license, passport, or military ID).
Camera policies are different for every concert. It is best to contact us on the day of the show to find out what the camera policy will be for that night.
No outside food or beverages are allowed into the venue.
No weapons of any kind are allowed into the venue.
For the safety of our guests, all patrons may be searched upon entry to the Summit Music Hall.
The Box Office opens 1hr prior to door time on show days.
Tickets are available for purchase at our box office every night we have a show while supplies last.
For ADA seating please arrive just before doors are open so we can assure you get seated and set-up comfortably.
The Summit Music Hall is general admission and mostly standing room only. There are a limited number of barstools and tables in our dining area and balcony on a first come first serve basis. There is no reserved seating.
The Summit Music Hall is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets that were not purchased directly through an authorized sales channel (i.e. The Summit Music Hall box office, Marquis Theater box Office, Black Sheep box office or through ticketfly.com). For this reason, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers. If a ticket is purchased through a third-party reseller, Summit Music Hall is not responsible for any fraudulent activity and will not honor invalid tickets.
